Burnsville home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Burnsville rose by $18,000 while total sales decreased by 17.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 191 homes sold, with a median sale price of $273,000 - a 7.1% increase over the $255,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 231 homes sold in Burnsville in the fourth quarter of 2018.
