Northfield home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Northfield fell by $30,100 while total sales increased by 85.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,900 - a 10.4% decrease over the $290,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Northfield in the fourth quarter of 2018.
