Hastings (Dakota County) home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Hastings in Dakota County rose by $20,500 while total sales increased by 7.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 110 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,500 - a 9.8% increase over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 102 homes sold in Hastings in the fourth quarter of 2018.
