South St. Paul home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in South St. Paul rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $216,500 - a 3.6% increase over the $209,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 96 homes sold in South St. Paul in the fourth quarter of 2018.
