Hampton (Dakota County) home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Hampton in Dakota County fell by $62,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 24.8% decrease over the $252,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Hampton in the fourth quarter of 2018.
