Plymouth home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Plymouth rose by $13,000 while total sales increased by 2.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 325 homes sold, with a median sale price of $363,000 - a 3.7% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 318 homes sold in Plymouth in the third quarter of 2017.
