Ham Lake home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Ham Lake rose by $7,500 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 2.4% increase over the $317,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Ham Lake in the first quarter of 2018.
