Lino Lakes home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Lino Lakes fell by $14,900 while total sales increased by 21.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 5.1% decrease over the $289,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Lino Lakes in the first quarter of 2018.
