Fridley home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Fridley rose by $32,951 while total sales decreased by 8.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $232,900 - a 16.5% increase over the $199,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Fridley in the first quarter of 2018.
