Coon Rapids home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Coon Rapids rose by $2,725 while total sales increased by 8.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 162 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,725 - a 1.3% increase over the $218,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 149 homes sold in Coon Rapids in the first quarter of 2018.
