St. Francis home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in St. Francis rose by $13,040 while total sales remained unchanged with 19 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,040 - a 6.3% increase over the $206,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in St. Francis in the first quarter of 2018, as well.
