Anoka home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Anoka fell by $22,625 while total sales decreased by 30.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $194,875 - a 10.4% decrease over the $217,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Anoka in the first quarter of 2018.
