Columbia Heights home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Columbia Heights fell by $13,246 while total sales decreased by 26.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $179,254 - a 6.9% decrease over the $192,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in Columbia Heights in the first quarter of 2018.
