Ham Lake home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Ham Lake rose by $10,500 while total sales increased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $349,500 - a 3.1% increase over the $339,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Ham Lake in the second quarter of 2018.
