Lino Lakes home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Lino Lakes rose by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 30.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 10% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 85 homes sold in Lino Lakes in the second quarter of 2018.
