Oak Grove home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Oak Grove fell by $27,450 while total sales increased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,950 - a 8.8% decrease over the $313,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Oak Grove in the second quarter of 2018.
