Linwood home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Linwood fell by $67,000 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $258,000 - a 20.6% decrease over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Linwood in the second quarter of 2018.
