Fridley home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Fridley rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 10.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 94 homes sold, with a median sale price of $241,000 - a 6.6% increase over the $226,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 105 homes sold in Fridley in the second quarter of 2018.
