St. Francis home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in St. Francis rose by $11,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 34 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $241,000 - a 4.8% increase over the $230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in St. Francis in the second quarter of 2018, as well.
