Fridley home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Fridley rose by $32,750 while total sales decreased by 27.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 99 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 15.4% increase over the $212,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 136 homes sold in Fridley in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Fridley for 2019 was $2,816. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,539. This marks an increase of 10.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.1%.
