Spring Lake Park (Anoka County) home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Spring Lake Park in Anoka County fell by $6,500 while total sales decreased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,500 - a 2.8% decrease over the $230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Spring Lake Park in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Spring Lake Park for 2019 was $2,641. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,389. This marks an increase of 10.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.2%.
