Linwood home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Linwood rose by $55,100 while total sales decreased by 78.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $355,000 - a 18.4% increase over the $299,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Linwood in the fourth quarter of 2018.
