Maple Grove home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Maple Grove fell by $255 while total sales increased by 2.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 338 homes sold, with a median sale price of $298,343 - a 0.1% decrease over the $298,597 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 329 homes sold in Maple Grove in the third quarter of 2017.
