Ham Lake home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Ham Lake fell by $5,100 while total sales decreased by 72.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $289,900 - a 1.7% decrease over the $295,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Ham Lake in the fourth quarter of 2018.
