Circle Pines home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Circle Pines rose by $43,450 while total sales decreased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $253,350 - a 20.7% increase over the $209,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Circle Pines in the fourth quarter of 2018.
