Anoka home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Anoka rose by $18,700 while total sales decreased by 78.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $232,450 - a 8.7% increase over the $213,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Anoka in the fourth quarter of 2018.
