Bloomington home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Bloomington rose by $19,850 while total sales increased by 32.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 369 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 7.8% increase over the $255,150 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 278 homes sold in Bloomington in the third quarter of 2017.
