Hopkins home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Hopkins rose by $27,525 while total sales increased by 25.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 11.4% increase over the $242,475 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Hopkins in the third quarter of 2017.
