Richfield home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Richfield rose by $10,350 while total sales increased by 11.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 174 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 4.3% increase over the $239,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 156 homes sold in Richfield in the third quarter of 2017.
