Edina home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Edina fell by $22,870 while total sales increased by 7.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 172 homes sold, with a median sale price of $520,630 - a 4.2% decrease over the $543,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 160 homes sold in Edina in the fourth quarter of 2017.
