Long Lake home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Long Lake rose by $22,500 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $307,500 - a 7.9% increase over the $285,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Long Lake in the fourth quarter of 2017.
