Mound home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Mound rose by $40,550 while total sales decreased by 20.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $279,500 - a 17% increase over the $238,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Mound in the fourth quarter of 2017.
