Excelsior home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Excelsior rose by $135,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $595,000 - a 29.3% increase over the $460,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Excelsior in the first quarter of 2018.
