New Hope home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in New Hope rose by $25,500 while total sales decreased by 31.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 11.1% increase over the $229,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in New Hope in the first quarter of 2018.
