Edina home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Edina rose by $5,555 while total sales increased by 12.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 236 homes sold, with a median sale price of $547,305 - a 1% increase over the $541,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 210 homes sold in Edina in the second quarter of 2018.
