Minnetonka home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Minnetonka rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 7.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 253 homes sold, with a median sale price of $390,000 - a 1.3% increase over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 236 homes sold in Minnetonka in the second quarter of 2018.
