Bloomington home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Bloomington rose by $12,000 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 391 homes sold, with a median sale price of $287,000 - a 4.4% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 304 homes sold in Bloomington in the second quarter of 2018.
