Mound home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Mound rose by $29,250 while total sales increased by 1.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,750 - a 11.6% increase over the $251,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Mound in the second quarter of 2018.
