Wayzata home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Wayzata rose by $260,400 while total sales decreased by 36%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $992,500 - a 35.6% increase over the $732,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Wayzata in the third quarter of 2018.
