Dayton home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Dayton rose by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 21.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 10% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Dayton in the third quarter of 2018.
