Golden Valley home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Golden Valley rose by $48,450 while total sales increased by 4.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 123 homes sold, with a median sale price of $358,400 - a 15.6% increase over the $309,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 118 homes sold in Golden Valley in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Golden Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,169, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
