Maple Grove home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Maple Grove rose by $43,408 while total sales increased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 366 homes sold, with a median sale price of $341,750 - a 14.5% increase over the $298,343 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 338 homes sold in Maple Grove in the third quarter of 2018.
