Hopkins home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Hopkins rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 1.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 3.7% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Hopkins in the third quarter of 2018.
