Hanover home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Hanover fell by $250,250 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 55% decrease over the $455,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Hanover in the third quarter of 2018.
