Mounds View home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Mounds View rose by $3,000 while total sales increased by 23.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 1.4% increase over the $222,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Mounds View in the first quarter of 2018.
