White Bear Beach home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in White Bear Beach fell by $57,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $257,500 - a 18.3% decrease over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in White Bear Beach in the second quarter of 2018.
