North St. Paul home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in North St. Paul rose by $3,500 while total sales increased by 1.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 1.5% increase over the $226,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in North St. Paul in the second quarter of 2018.
