St. Anthony (Ramsey County) home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in St. Anthony in Ramsey County rose by $97,000 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 63.4% increase over the $153,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in St. Anthony in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in St. Anthony for 2019 was $4,544. In 2018, the median sales tax was $4,106. This marks an increase of 10.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.8%.
