Jordan home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Jordan rose by $15,500 while total sales increased by 28.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 6% increase over the $259,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Jordan in the first half of 2018.
