Deephaven home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Deephaven rose by $306,500 while total sales increased by 2.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $920,000 - a 50% increase over the $613,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Deephaven in the second half of 2017.
